Discuss, consider and take appropriate action to approve an increase of change funds for the Motor Vehicle Departments in Georgetown, Cedar Park and Round Rock to $2,250.00, set up tills for new employees and drive thru lanes.

Our offices must go to the bank at least twice a week for change as the need for $5.00 and $1.00 dollar bills has increased.  To have adequate funds available and reduce the number of change order trips, we would like to increase the change funds in Round Rock, Cedar Park, and Georgetown by $500.00 each.  We also need to set up $150 tills for each of the three new employees approved for FY 2020. Cedar Park needs an additional $150 till for the drive-thru. Currently, we have one drive-thru till. An additional $150 is requested to increase two $75 drive-thru tills in Round Rock to $150.00 each.  With an increase in the change funds, the number of deposits for change orders as well as the bank fees would be reduced.
