Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing the extension of Vending Services Contract 1709-189, renewal option period 2, for the pricing, terms and conditions as set forth in Attachment 1, for the term of December 5, 2019 - December 4, 2020 with Mcliff Coffee & Vending.

Background

This is a commission based revenue contract and is no cost to the County.  The funds are deposited into County Judge, Employee Fund 01.0409.0000.370500.  The department points of contact are Christi Stromberg and Shantil Moore.
