Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving a Road & Bridge budget transfer to move $201,000 to a new project CR 375 (P497) from CR 314 (P485). Also, to move $648,000 to a new project Durham Park Subdivision (P498) from Chandler Creek Subdivision 6A, 6B, 6C (P488) of $552,188 and South San Gabriel Ranch Subdivision (P489) of $95,812.
Background
This agenda item is to allocate funds into two new projects: CR 375 and Durham Subdivision. The funding for these projects comes from underruns on existing projects: CR 314 (P485), Chandler Creek Subdivision 6A, 6B, 6C (P488) and South San Gabriel Ranch Subdivision (P489).
CR 375 has seen accelerated deterioration due to being used more often as a result of frontage road conversion work on IH-35. The Durham Park Subdivision lacks pavement structure and needs rehabilitation.
