Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on the River Ranch County Park Phase 1 Project, P315, Change Order #4 from Prime Construction Company, Inc in the amount of $384,847.27 to approve electrical utility scope changes from overhead to underground service. This change order is being funded by the Owner Contingency.
Background
With the recent acquisition of the McCray Tract (approximately 343 acres), adjacent to River Ranch County Park, it was determined that electrical utility service would transition from overhead to underground, requiring a redesign and modifications to original plans for electrical utility services installation by construction contractor.
