Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the Merchant Processing Agreement between Williamson County and Worldpay Integrated Payments, LLC to provide the processing of credit cards payments for the Parks Department and authorizing execution of the application.

This item was previously approved on 7/30/19, Agenda Item #19.  The application that was submitted and signed by the Presiding Officer was an outdated form provided by the vendor.  The corrected application form is attached.  The amendment included in the original item (copy attached) was correct and will remain in effect.

Background information for the original item was as follows:
The Parks Department goal is to be able to process credit card payments for online facility rentals (Galaxy Software) and onsite for the Splashpad. Both software/hardware use Worldpay Integrated Payments, which provides the gateway for the application. The included amendment is agreeing to invoice Williamson County for fees and payment within 30 days of the invoice.
