Background
This is to provide uniforms for EMS staff, 145 employees at $400.00 each from GT Distributors, INC. Attached quotes show itemized pricing. Ed Tydings is the point of contact for this transaction. This expenditure will be charged to 0100-0540-003311. Funding was approved in the FY2020.
