Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Cooperation with Civilian Law Enforcement Officials Agreement between Williamson County Sheriff's Office and Department of Navy not to exceed $6,600.00 for the term of 12 months and authorize Deputy Chief Tim Ryle to execute same on behalf of the Sheriff's Office.

This will be WCSO 2nd agreement entered into pursuant to the authority of SECNAV Instruction 5820.7C and NAVSURFWARCENDIV Crane Instruction 5700.1 for Electro-Optic Loan Program. The purpose of this agreement is to extend Cooperation with Civilian Law Enforcement officials to the maximum extent practicable consistent with the needs of national security and military preparedness, the historic tradition of limiting direct military involvement in civilian law enforcement activities and the requirements of applicable law. The Electro-Optic Loan will be for (12) night vision pocketscopes, (4) Thermal Eye 250D, Thermal Cameras and (12) night vision goggles not to exceed one year; termination date will be 2-20-21 and estimated cost for loaned equipment is $6,600.00
