Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving a lease agreement between Konica Minolta Business Solutions USA, Inc and Williamson County for a copier lease in the amount of $198.00 per month, pursuant to DIR contract #DIR-CPO-4439 and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
Background
Approval of this lease will support the operations of the Williamson County Constable Pct 3 office. Lease is for 60 months at a rate of $198.00 per month. This expenditure will be charged to 0100.0553.4621. Funding was approved in the FY2020 budget, department contact is Patrick Hurley.
