Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on designating a representative or representatives from the Commissioners Court to serve on the Healthy Williamson County Executive Leadership Team.
Background
The Healthy Williamson County Executive Leadership Team will provide strategic direction for Healthy Williamson County, work to strengthen relationships across sectors, identify gaps in the community, and increase collaborative opportunities and resources in Williamson County, TX.
The Leadership Team will review and approve foundational documents and provide input for larger projects that Healthy Williamson County works on in collaboration with other organizations. This includes the 2020-2022 Williamson County Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP), the next iteration of the Community Health Assessment and annual progress reports for the CHIP.
