Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing extension of Bulk Fuel for Williamson County Contract #1807-245, renewal option period 1 for the term of December 1, 2019 - November 30, 2020, for the same terms and conditions, with the exception to updated bid margins proposed for renewal period, per attached letter dated 1.22.20.

This is the first renewal option period for this contract for bulk fuel that provides supply of gasoline and diesel fuel to Williamson County on an "as needed" basis in order to service County owned equipment and vehicles. The Fleet department provided a Vendor Performance Report which states the vendor met all requirements on contract without issue and recommends renewal for another term. Due to the department receiving updated bid margins which required additional research to ensure the change is justified, there was a delay in processing this renewal.
