Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on participation by Williamson County Road Bond Program under the County's habitat conservation plan (HCP) for an improvement and construction project related to Great Oaks Drive, Hairy Man Road and Oak Ridge Drive.

This project encompasses improvements to approximately 990 feet of Great Oaks Drive, including lane change configurations and expanding the right-of-way to approximately 82 feet through two intersections; and including improvements to approximately 1,230 feet of Hairy Man Road, including increasing roadway width to approximately 33 feet; and including improvements along approximately 70 feet of Oak Ridge Drive; including a proposed parking area/lot, proposed trail construction, a proposed sidewalk, a new bridge crossing Brushy Creek, utility line relocation and new signal configuration.

Staff recommends the following action: Authorize County Judge (or designee) to acknowledge/sign the Determination Letter to enroll the project under the Williamson County Regional Habitat Conservation Plan, and to execute, when presented, the Participation Agreement for this project, WCCF File 20200128, and to sign any related documents as may be required.
