Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the revised preliminary plat (revision #2) for the Liberty Hill 90 subdivision – Precinct 2.

Background

This preliminary plat was last approved on December 18, 2018.  This revision reconfigures the lot layout within the proposed subdivision.  The net of the revisions to the lot layout are a decrease of 2 singe family lots, a decrease of 2 open space/detention lots, an increase of 2 right-of-way reserves along the US 183 frontage and an increase of 6 open space/landscape lots.  In total, the revised lot layout consists of 52 single family lots, 2 right-of-way reserves and 6 open space/landscape lots.  There is no change to the length of new public roads, 3,721 feet.
