Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Santa Rita Ranch Phase 1 Section 18 subdivision – Precinct 3.

Background

This is next section of the Santa Rita Ranch Phase 1 development.  It consists of 60 single family lots, 1 open space/easement lot, 1 open space easement/drainage easement/public utility easement lot, 1 landscape easement/open space easement/drainage easement/public utility easement lot, and 5,282 linear feet of new public roads.  Roadway and drainage construction are not yet complete but a financial security in the amount of $2,120,065.00 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.
 
Timeline
2019-06-12 – initial submittal of final plat
2019-07-11 – 1st review complete with comments
2019-12-19 – 2nd submittal of final plat
2020-01-02 – 2nd review complete with comments

2020-01-02 – 3rd submittal of final plat
2020-01-15 – 3rd review complete with comments cleared
2020-02-11 – receipt of final plat with all signatures and a financial security received for the amount of the remaining construction
2020-02-20 – final plat placed on the February 25, 2020 Commissioners Court agenda for consideration
