Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on awarding RFQ #2576 Traffic Engineering Services to the overall most qualified firms HDR Engineering, Inc., RPS Infrastructure, Inc., Alliance Transportation Group, Inc. and Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. and authorizing execution of the related agreements.

Purchasing solicited sealed statements of qualifications for Traffic Engineering Services. 31 firms participated in the solicitation of which 11 firms responded. The 11 firms were determined to be responsive and were evaluated. After a thorough evaluation it was determined that HDR Engineering, RPS Infrastructure, Alliance Transportation and Kimley-Horn were the most qualified firms to provide the services required by the county. Contract amounts will be $1,000,000.00 for Road and Bridge Services and $300,000.00 for Road Bond Services for each of the firms which will be deployed depending on availability at the time the need arises.
