Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on any necessary amendments relating to the FY19/20 Budget Order.
Background
The FY 19/20 Budget Order is being placed on the agenda to review the changes made to remove certain parts of the Accounts Payable and Purchasing sections. Guidance on why these items were removed, is included in the supplemental attachments.
There are also changes to the Supplement Pay section. These updates are to document existing supplement pay that were budgeted for, but not previously included in the Budget Order.
In addition, there is a requested change for a minor update to the Employee Fund section.
