Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for Juvenile Services.

Juvenile Service is requesting a transfer from BLI 4100 (Professional Services) to BLI 3010 (Computer Equipment).  If approved, the department will use these funds to purchase iPad tablets for probation officers to utilize in the field.  The department has been shifting to a more paperless environment and the tablets would allow the officers to obtain signatures from youth and parents while in the field without the need to print paper.  The department did request and were approved for the tablets during the FY20 budget process, but due to other computer needs we no longer have enough money in that line to purchase the tablets.
