Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing the extension of Cast in Place Concrete Contract 1802-216, renewal option period 2, for the same pricing, terms and conditions as the existing contract with RHB Construction for the term of 4/7/20 - 4/6/21.
Background
This is the last renewal option period on this contract and will requiring rebidding upon expiration. The Road and Bridge Department point of contact is James Williams. The FY20 budget funding source is under Roadway Rehab, 01.0200.02100.003597.
