Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for the Elections Department.

This transfer is necessary to cover a shortage of funds needed to pay all incurred professional services costs associated with early voting for the March 3, 2020 Primary Elections, as well as anticipated professional services costs that will be incurred for early voting for the anticipated May 26, 2020 Democratic Primary Runoff Election.The shortage incurred for the Primary election is due in part to higher than expected professional service costs associated with the November 5, 2019 election due to high turnout and increased personnel.
