Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the Customer Service Agreement between Williamson County and Data Armor, LLC. to provide on-site shredding services to support the operations of Williamson County Emergency Communications and authorizing execution of the agreement.

Background

This agreement is for Data Armor to provide on-site shredding services at Emergency Communications. This agreement will be for a term of 1 year at a cost of $80.00 per servicing of the 3 carts. There will be an initial delivery fee of $25.00. Department point of contact is Trey Hewty. Funding source 01.0507.0507.004545.
