Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing the extension of 1902-297 Pharmaceuticals & Supplies for Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter, contract renewal option 1, for the same pricing, terms and conditions for the term of July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021 with Patterson Veterinary Supply, Inc.
Background
This is the 1st renewal option period for this contract for Pharmaceuticals & Supplies for WCRAS. The WCRAS submitted a Vendor Performance Report (VPR) showing the vendor met all the county requirements and recommends renewal. The department point of contact is Linda Gunter. This is an annual contract and expenditure depends on need and lies within the annual budgeted amounts of each line item. The funding source for this requirement is in the budget under the following line items shown below:
