Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the lease with SHARP Electronics Corp for two copiers in the amount of $358.52 per month, pursuant to DIR contract #DIR-CPO-4433.
Background
Approval of this lease will support the operations of the Williamson County Justice of the Peace Pct. 3. JP3 is currently under a month-to-month lease as their previous lease expired on May 31st, 2020. The new lease is for a term of 48 months effective July 1st 2020. The lease includes two machines at a monthly rate of $179.26 per month per machine for a total of $358.52 per month. This includes 5000 copies/prints per month, delivery, installation, training, professional services, parts, labor, toner, and staples. Overages will be billed at $0.0007 each. This expenditure will be charged to 01.0100.0453.004621. Department contact is Cherie Vasquez.
