Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Santa Rita Ranch South Section 17 subdivision – Precinct 2.

Background

This is the next section of the Santa Rita Ranch South development.  It consists of 102 single family lots, 2 open space & landscape lots, 1 open space/landscape easement/sidewalk lot and 4,575 linear feet of new public roads.  Roadway and drainage construction are not yet complete but a financial security in the amount of $1,632,248.20 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.
 
Timeline
2019-08-06 – initial submittal of final plat
2019-08-27 – 1st review complete with comments
2020-03-31 – 2nd submittal of final plat
2020-04-15 – 2nd 
review complete with all comments cleared except for completing construction

2020-05-21 – receipt of final plat with all signatures and a financial security for the amount of the remaining construction
2020-05-28 – final plat placed on the June 2, 2020 Commissioners Court agenda for consideration
