Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the Services Contract between Williamson County and FreeIt Data Solutions to provide upgrade in SD-WAN service for 3-year term, per the terms of DIR-TSO-4229, in the amount of $75,330.00 and authorizing execution of the agreement.
Background
This is part of the infrastructure needed to add redundancy and reliability for the internet connections to the County network. Department point of contact is Rory Tierney. Funding Source 418P is part of the planned items from CARES Act funding.
