Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Restated and Amended Professional Services Agreement between Williamson County and Family Emergency Room, LLC for the purpose of providing medical testing services for the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) for Williamson County residents.
Background
In this proposed contract amendment, Family Emergency Room, LLC, the Provider, will schedule Wilco community COVID-19 testing, procure the tests, take the samples and report the results to the patient and WCCHD. 6-10 County personnel have been supporting this effort under the current arrangement. The amendment is cost neutral.
