Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Contract Amendment No. 3 to the Hairy Man Road/Brushy Creek Road contract between Williamson County and Atkins North America, Inc. relating to the 2013 Road Bond Program. Project: P284. Fund Source: Road Bonds.
Background
Atkins Contract Amendment No. 3 increases the compensation cap by $100,000.00 from $1,460,000.00 to $1,560,000.00.This will allow for the execution of Supplemental #5 to Work Authorization #3 to accommodate all the design changes associated with the tree saving measures.
