Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the lease with Sharp Electronics Corp for 4 copiers for the Williamson County Tax Office, in the amount of $564.94 per month, pursuant to DIR Contract #DIR-CPO-4433.
Background
Approval of these leases will support the operations of the Williamson County Tax Assessor/Collectors office. New lease terms are for 48 months effective 10/01/2020. This includes 4 machines and service, for a monthly rate 1 priced at $71.72, 3 priced at $123.74 and services at $122.00 for a monthly total of $564.94. This includes 16,500 copies/print per month, delivery, installation, training, professional services, parts, labors, toners and staples. Overages will be billed at $0.0073 each. The expenditure will be charged to 01-0100-0499-00462411. Department contact will be Judy Kocian.
