Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on awarding RFP #T710 Electrical Maintenance Repairs and Installation Services “As Needed” to the overall highest scoring proposer Doyle Electric, LLC. and authorizing execution of the Master Services Contract.
Background
Purchasing solicited sealed proposals for Electrical Maintenance Repairs and Installation Services “As Needed”. Five (5) suppliers participated in the solicitation of which four (4) submitted a proposal. After initial review of the proposals submitted, one (1) supplier was disqualified. The remaining proposals were evaluated by an evaluation committee and it was determined that Doyle Electric submitted the best response. This contract is an as needed/emergency use contract and work will only be authorized by the issuance of Purchase Orders at the rates stated on the attached rate sheet up to the amount budgeted by the court each fiscal year.
