Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the Agreement between Williamson County and Doyle Electric, LLC. to provide lighting upgrades at the Juvenile Justice Center in the amount of $116,510.34 per the terms of Sourcewell Contract #TX-CT-E-121819-DEL and authorizing execution of the agreement.

Background

This agreement is for Doyle Electric to provide upgrades to the existing pole lights located at the Juvenile Justice Center as detailed in the attached agreement. Total cost of these upgrades will be $116,510.34. Department point of contact is Tom Stanfield. Funding source 01.0100.1045.005300.
