Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on filling the open position of Deputy Constable for the Williamson County Precinct 2 Constable’s Office with James W. Harrell Jr., pursuant to Texas Local Government Code 86.011.
Background
James W. Harrell, Jr. is being appointed to the open position of Deputy Constable by Constable Rick Coffman. Mr. Harrell is a licensed peace officer in the State of Texas with 24 years of active law enforcement experience, 23 of which were with Austin P.D. Mr. Harrell is a 13-year resident of Williamson County.
