This Change Order provides the final balancing for the overrun / underrun of Contract quantities constructed for Aqua Utilities on the project, as a result of addressing field conditions not accounted for in the original plans. There is only one item on this Change Order: Item RB010 CONCRETE ENCASEMENT FOR WATERLINE AND CONDUIT. According to the project manual, this was a field measurement item. The actual in-place quantity is slightly less than the Engineer's estimate while meeting plan requirements.
