Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding Change Order No 3 in the amount of $10,419.60 for the CR 110 Middle (James Construction), a Road Bond project in Commissioner Pct. 4.

This Change Order adds Traffic Control Phase 2 Step 2 to the project. This step consists of shifting traffic from the existing lanes of CR 110 to the new lanes from just south of CR 112 to the north end of the project. The construction of this portion of the project is complete and the shift puts traffic in the final configuration at the intersection of University Boulevard and CR 110 which is a benefit to traffic flow. There were utility delays that impacted the completion of this portion from south of CR 112 to Limmer Loop. This traffic shift will allow the Contractor to begin work in the final phase of construction on the portion of roadway adjacent to the traffic switch earlier.
