Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on ratifying and approving the preliminary plat for the Fritz North subdivision – Precinct 4.

This proposed subdivision consists of 433 single family lots, 10 open space/landscape & drainage easement lots and 14,181 linear feet of new public roads.  Pursuant to the Commissioners Court action taken September 10, 2019, the County Engineer has approved this preliminary plat in order to meet the review timelines set forth in House Bill 3167.

2020-04-15 – 1st review complete with comments
2020-05-06 – 2nd submittal of preliminary plat
2020-05-21 – 2nd review complete with comments
2020-06-10 – 3rd submittal of preliminary plat
2020-06-25 – 3rd review complete with minor comments
2020-06-26 – 4th submittal of preliminary plat
2020-07-08 – 4th review complete with comments clear
2020-07-13 – County Engineer approval letter sent
2020-07-16 – preliminary plat placed on the July 21, 2020 Commissioners Court agenda for consideration
