Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the purchase between Williamson County and Southern Computer Warehouse to provide Teams Kits for remote meetings and collaborations in the amount of $61,699.05 per the terms of BuyBoard Contract #579-19 and authorizing execution of this purchase.
Background
These are the Teams Room Kits that we used successfully in the ESOC Executive Conference Room, and we will be placing them at various offices and buildings around the County to enable remote meetings and collaboration. Department point of contact is Richard Semple. This is a planned item from CARES funding, and is the first round of 2-3 purchases of these units.
