Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on ratifying and approving the Wilco Forward Phase III Community Services agreement between Williamson County and The Salvation Army Williamson County Service Center in relation to the Wilco Forward Grant Program that is funded through the CARES Act for response to the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) pandemic.
Background
On July 21, 2020, the Commissioners Court approved the agreement terms for Phase III agreement with The Salvation Army Williamson County Service Center. The agreement became effective on the date the agreement was signed. The attached agreement between the County and the agency reflect these approved agreement terms and are included to be documented in the Court's minutes.
