Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on accepting a report on the Williamson County CTTC Showers Renovation Project (P514) Vaughn Construction Change Order #1 in the amount of $1,553.00 for change in scope to add closed cell spray foam to exterior walls missing insulation in cavity.  Funding source is from Owner’s Contingency from within the current project budget.

This change order is to provide change in scope to add closed cell spray foam to exterior walls.  On January 7, 2020, the Williamson County Commissioners Court granted Tom Stanfield, Williamson County Facilities Project Manager, with general authority to approve change orders for the Agreement for Construction Services with J. T. Vaughn Construction, LLC in relation to the CTTC Showers Renovations for any increase in costs up to a total maximum amount of $30,000.00 in accordance with Section 262.031 of the Local Government Code – Changes in Plans and Specifications.  This report is being provided for purposes of notifying the court of such change order and to place it in the minutes of the Commissioners Court.
