Discuss, consider and take appropriate action to accept mini gift bags for the Patrol deputies in the Sheriff's Office from Kim Chew pursuant to Tex. Loc. Gov't Code 81.032.
Background
To show support of local community Sheriff's Deputies and Police Patrol Officers, Kim Chew has organized "Blessing Bags" consisting of commercially purchased sealed products to consist of Lifesaver candies, crackers, beef jerky, trail mix, etc. from neighbors, friends, local businesses to create community awareness and show their appreciation of law enforcement.
