Consideration and possible action regarding an "Order Authorizing the Defeasance and Redemption of Certain of the County's Outstanding Unlimited Tax Road Bonds, Series 2014."
Background
Attached is a copy of the Order to Defease and redeem approximately $42 million of the County's Outstanding Unlimited Tax Road Bonds, Series 2014. These items are being paid from the Debt Service Fund. All documents have been reviewed and prepared by Carol Polumbo, Bond Counsel, of McCall Parkhurs and Horton. Dan Wegmiller, Financial Advisor, of Specialized Public Finance will be available to answer any questions.
