Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the service contract between Legacy Arbor Care and Williamson County for Tree Pruning Project at Berry Springs Park and Preserve, in the not-to-exceed amount of $23,745.00, and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
Background
A Request for Quotation was sent to 6 vendors, of which four (4) responded with a quote for this Tree Pruning Project. Legacy Arbor Care provided the lowest qualified quote and the Parks Department recommended selection. Point of Contact is Keith Geer. Funding source 01.0100.3101.005300, approved in FY20 budget.
