Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Highlands at Mayfield Ranch Section 11 subdivision – Precinct 3.

This is the next section of the Highlands at Mayfield Ranch development.  It consists of 67 single family lots, 3 landscape lots, 1 open space & drainage easement lot, 1 open space lot and 2,026 feet of new public roads.  Roadway and drainage construction has been completed.

2019-01-22 – 1st review complete with comments
2019-02-15 – 2nd submittal of final plat
2019-02-26 – 2nd review complete with comments 
2019-12-19 – 3rd submittal of final plat
2020-01-09 – 3rd review complete with comments
2020-08-07 – 4th submittal of final plat with signatures
2020-08-10 – 4th review comments cleared
2020-08-13 – final plat placed on the August 18, 2020 Commissioners Court agenda for consideration
