Background
Emergency Services would like to purchase an additional label printer to allow the Admin to re-print badges, in the event that the current two printers malfunction while connected to the check-in kiosks. Emergency Services is also in need of additional accurately sized labels that can only be bought from LobbyGuard. Quote # Q-00090-3 attached, includes both the printer, labels and shipping, totaling $370.00; however, requires signature to agree to terms and conditions of, Net 30 terms and applicable taxes before purchasing.
