Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Settlement Agreement between Williamson County and Lealco, Inc. relating to an application for TCEQ Permit No. 2398 to construct and operate a municipal solid waste transfer station to be located immediately west of County Road 130; and authorize Williamson County’s legal counsel to take any actions necessary to effectuate the terms of the agreement on behalf of Williamson County.
