Background
As a part of the Williamson County Emergency Communications (WCEC) messaging system upgrade project, WCEC would like to use the Verizon Enterprise Messaging System to use Wireless Communications Transfer Protocol (WCTP) and Simple Network Paging Protocol (SNPP) to send information to first responders that have Verizon as their wireless carrier.
There is no cost associated with the Verizon Enterprise Messaging System for public safety and first responders.
