Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the agreement between PetSmart Charities, Inc. and Williamson County for the use of PetSmart locations as an adoption site, and authorizing execution of the agreement.
Background
Approval of this item will support the operations of the Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter. There is no cost associated with this contract, however, PetSmart Charities may make donations to WCRAS. Legal and Contract Audit have both reviewed the agreement.
