Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the quotation from Vetted Security Solutions for License Plate Recognition (LPR) trailer cameras and CCTV trailer upgrade in the amount of $12,070 pursuant to GSA Contract #GS-07F-0031W, and authorizing execution of the quote.
Background
Approval of this purchase will support the operations of the Williamson County Sheriff's Office. Quotation breaks down the expenses for the purchase including equipment and installation charges. Legal and Contract Audit have both reviewed the quotation. Approval of PO is subject to confirmation that installation will be completed prior to the end of FY2020.
