Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the purchase of replacement chairs for courtrooms located at the Williamson County Justice Center in the amount of $87,070.44 and removal of all existing chairs in the amount of $6,400 for a total of $93,470.44 from Facilities Resource, Inc. per the terms of TIPS Contract #180305 and authorizing execution of the proposal.
Background
This agreement allows for the removal, replacement, and disposal of existing chairs at the Williamson County 26th District Court, 425th District Court, County Court at Law #4 and County Court at Law #2 and all related jury rooms. Department point of contact is Bob Lubecker. Funding Source is 01.0100.1009.004509.
