Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the L R Williams Business Park Phase 3 subdivision – Precinct 3.

This is the final phase of the L R Williams Business Park development.  This subdivision consists of 6 lots and 770 feet of new public roads.  Roadway and drainage construction has been completed.  An additional exhibit showing proposed reserved right-of-way is attached.  

Timeline
2019-08-27 – initial submittal of the final plat
2019-09-23 – 1st review complete with comments
2020-01-15 – 2nd submittal of final plat
2020-01-30 – 2nd review complete with comments clear except for completing construction
2020-07-16 – receipt of final plat with signatures
2020-08-12 – roadway and drainage construction completed
2020-08-27 – final plat placed on the September 1, 2020 Commissioners Court agenda for consideration
