Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the agreement between WINTECH, LLC and Williamson County for Alice Receptionist Enterprise Subscription software for one year for $4,888.60, and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
Background
One year agreement with contract terms to begin on 09/15/2020 and ending 09/15/2021 with options for 12 month renewals approved by Commissioners Court. This subscription is for an Integrated suite of software application and services allowing subscribers to manage buildings and public spaces and facilitate interaction between building visitors and employees. The application and services are provided by the company under the trade name "Alice Receptionist". IT has reviewed and approved the addition of this product. Department Contact is Stephanie Lloyd.
