Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the Services Contract between Williamson County and Presidio Networked Solutions Group, LLC to provide the solution for backup and recovery of email system per TIPS Contract #180501 for a term of 5 years in the amount of $171,635.72 and authorizing execution of the purchase.
Background
This is a solution for backup and recovery of our email system. Given the importance of these records, this is key for our continuity of operations and will enable self-service recovery. The timing of this purchase was impacted by COVID response, but is funded in FY20 IT Budget. Because of the purchase being later in the year, we needed to make sure it would not impact our FY21 budget and also ensured we received the best pricing getting a 5-year term.Department point of contact is Richard Semple. Funding Source 01.0100.0503.005741 for FY 20.
