Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving Contract Amendment No. 1 to Williamson County Contract for Engineering Services with Alliance Engineering Group, Inc. in the amount of $3,087.00.
Background
This amendment is to increase funds for contract to cover asphalt paving that was not included in the original scope or cost of the project. On September 17, 2019, the Commissioners Court approved Williamson County Contract for Engineering Services with Alliance Engineering Group, Inc. On September 15, 2020, Supplemental Work Authorization No. 2 to Work Authorization No. 1 with Alliance is being presented to the court requesting a time extension and additional funds to cover asphalt testing.
