Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the Second Amendment to Professional Service Agreement for Training and Traumatic Event Response for Emergency Services, with Tania Glenn, originally approved on 10/15/2019, aligning agreement with the FY2021 approved budget of $45,000 and authorizing the execution of the amendment.
Background
